This document describes the data Gloomsoft Oy (or "we") collects, how we store it, how we use it, and which third parties are involved. Gloomsoft Oy cares about your privacy and is therefore obligated to collect your data as little as possible.

What data we collect and how we use it
 
We use essential cookies throughout our website to make it function properly, for example, for security and anti-fraud reasons. We may collect some non-personal data from you, for example, the country and the city, the device used, the operating system, and the browser version. We may use your non-personal data to analyze our website usage and traffic.
 
If you contact us from the website’s contact form, your email address and the message you send are collected. Your email address is considered personal data, and the contents of your message may be considered as such, so please be careful which information you are willing to share with us. We store your email address and the message  only to reply to you back.

We will never share your personal data with third parties.

How we store the data

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We use Google Gmail as our email service. Your email address and the messages you send us are stored on our Google account. 

Third-party notice

We use third-party services on our website. Our website's page "Games" uses embedded YouTube videos. The page "Contact / Press Kit" gives access to our press kit, which is located on Google Drive, and we use Gmail for all our email activities. Please see Google's Privacy & Terms before accessing either of the aforementioned pages.
